Hey @spid81 , you do realise that FYI have forecast annual EBITDA of USD$186m compared to EGR USD$79.5m for their combined 2 plants?
EGR post tax NPV @ 8% is USD$587m vs FYI USD$1.01B
I could go on but I'm a fan of EGR but you are out of your depth. There are risks for both companies and setting up a plant Tanzania has it's challenges dont forget.
All fun and games & I'm sure Spinks will do very well for himself being a major shareholder in both companies.
