@Names little, if the shorter is accumulating would they not be required under the trading act to make a disclosure to the ASX? I have been going over the Annexure B statement for the Stock borrowers agreement as of the 19th of February very last page, it is open ended agreement, but both parties in the borrowing agreement can return at any time.
Therefore, if they have as has has been recently speculated returned those shares, bought shares of there own and are shorting those shares, would these said parties be required to disclose that they are or are becoming substational shareholders, if closed and buying? If so, don't they have a legal obligation to make an announcement to the market that there position is closed, and or if they are accumulating?
on this Annexed agreement there are 2 defined parties that have borrowed shares, so at least 2 shorters.
