I think the request for extension of time just reaffirms that EGR's purification patent is a real problem for RNU.

There is very little chance of RNU securing the necessary approvals for their proposed BAM facility with the uncertainty surrounding the purification process that they intend to use. The Siviour graphite project is heavily reliant on supplying feedstock to its proposed downstream facility. This is a big problem for RNU.

For EGR it's business as usual. The patent opposition doesn't impact Kwinana and the development timeline of that project. Onwards and upwards.
