yes I would if it was a direct competitor, happens all the time.
RNU did flag to market that it may impact their business but not adversley
Why didn't EGR make a similar statement in the event that the patent opposition was successful. Is it because it would materially have an adverse effect on their business? Could this be another reason why shorts are ever increasing and almost back to all time highs?
