@Kriptic Fred M'membe comments are (likely true) but luckily the West has evolved since the colonial days of slavery and plundering...to a more sustainable way of extracting and processing minerals and sharing the spoils with the Country of origin, by employing locals and greatly improving health, education, sustainability, in country involvement of more upstream, greater empowerment of women...to name a few...so realistically there is a choice for Africa, do business with the WEST or with China/ Russia both of which have a strong foothold in many African Countries already...which option will bring more prosperity to ALL citizens do you think...I wonder why the good Mr Fred M'membe doesn't highlight the treatment of his fellow Africans by some of the Chinese Bosses operating in Africa and what the Wagner Group is doing there?
