There is little to discuss regarding the FA. A guess the signing ceremony date sweepstakes? No holder has any idea of when exactly this will occur. I doubt management even knows, apart from some nebulous timeframe that keeps getting pushed back. Entirely at the whim of the Tanz Gov.
It seems to be around the corner for multiple companies. A near-certainty now. No point in speculating, it will happen when it politically suits.
