I guess you read the article? It is work in progress and there is a 60 day evaluation period, however it looks like the Government is fully behind Epanko going ahead. Not sure how finance could be announced before then?

It is very strange that a few posters continuously mentioning 8-10 years working on finance without mentioning all the major events in between.

I am with the Professor, Finance is all but agreed otherwise the Government would not go trough this elaborate process with the whole comminity, and if I remember correctly isn't the Tanzanian Government or Tanzanian Banks also looking to participate in the Financing?
