yep, i guess you are on the money here. how much cash was left ? sub 40 mil with a burn rate of a couple of mill per year (without any substantial work that required more $$$ other than free lobsters and caviar for Spinks and his intern).
i mean we all know a cap raise is required. but we also all know that management is a dud.
