that is the exact problem. The theory is great, the execution ... well non existent. The company has a good shot at making it... just not with this board.
I think that a complete replacement of all board members would be the right way to go. Get Andrew into a position to do what he does best and let real business people make the decision, execute and steer the ship into the right direction.
The current board is like a soccer player that is 1 m in front of an empty goal for the 10th time and still manages to miss the target again and again.The November's AGM will be interesting
