what everyone needs to understand is that Spinks treats this company as his own private enterprise. He puts sycophants around him to keep him in power , hence why the chairman has not made one removal of a board member in its existence.
Pett does not have shareholders interests in mind only executives. It’s 12 months since the Kwinana debacle and not one inch of forward action to be seen. Failures everywhere.
