"Apparently", according to the latest statement by the co., the choice of site was (or still is) being determined by the outcome of public tenders for construction of the PQP. The potential sites being one in WA and one in NSW. Scouring the public tender sites a while back didn't turn up anything. How many months does it take for the tendering process and for a decision to be made? More than those just in the co. would know... those with multiple investing and trading accounts, no doubt, know too.

A poster alluded to the possibility that the verdict on the PQP could be contingent on the outcome of the patent dispute. Why would that be? I can understand our plans for a purification plant here in Aust might be shelved if our patent is not successful. Having a purification plant here in Aust is hardly high priority anyway given EGR's plans for PP in the US and Europe. The fact that we a US patent is of most importance. With that said, I can't see why the outcome of our patent in Aust would have any bearing on the location of our PQP... it could still be constructed in Aust, surely?
