From what I´ve read so far the power outages occurred in August 2023 and TANESCO was able to get things up and running again. Performing their post maintenance actions right now. By June 2024 the dam is completely filled to provide whole capacity, EGR can make use of it earlier I assume. On track I would tend to say, no obstacle.
