I agree. and In my opinion, it is nothing but a way to cut corners around the IRA. I don't think it is workable and that's what I like about EGR. They don't try shortcuts. I feel pity for LLL holders. A similar scenario. I think EGR has a clear pathway. They are firm and waiting for the right deal to be struck. I can see how EV1 and BKT are being diluted so cheaply. Let's see what 2024 brings. Big investments lined up like SA's 29 billion. All in my opinion.
