You should know by now, Uni, that the only thing I'm certain of is to not take anything stated to mean its literal definition. Is it really "in the bag"? Or is it in the sack or in the chair? Buggered if I know.... for all I know being "in the bag" could be akin to a "bird in the hand"? Nothing much helps other than those doing the hopping from one rabbit hole to another and coming back to load up on their LT holdings every now and then which shuts up the peanut gallery momentarily..
