Christer mentioned that Tanzania raised the bar for companies to get ML and do mining.
Unfortunately we know EGR management cannot jump that high because the their heavy wallets
kept them on the ground which anyhow is their comfort zone. To jump over the "raised bar" means
that they have to put away the drink, set down the snacks, and surrender the heavy wallet.
Then go to office and work 10/6 per week to get promised things happen.

For example, what hinders them to ship the lab equipment from Germany (fits in one container) and find
an empty warehouse or factory hall near Perth or Kwinana to get the so called "qualification plant" running.
For this step they don't have to wait for KfW or government of Tanzania.
There are many tasks you can complete during waiting for the key milestone decision other than sipping drinks
and thinking about what bonus you should ask after the first milestone achievement.
