    Question for the forum and I’ll put the following disclaimer. I am not looking to spread misinformation This scenario is purely hypothetical .
    If a company was to deliberately make a false claim about another . Via a patent objection or similar challenge, for the purpose of influencing the other companies share price negatively.
    1. Is this at all possible ?
    2. What would the other company stand to gain ?
