That seller hasn't gone away - just been raising & lowering the price. Was sitting at about $0.22 & $0.24 for a while. Has sold a quarter and trying to off load the rest. Suspect was the 800,000 buy about $0.14 last month. Was there yesterday @ $0.195, then raised to 22 this morning then back to 19.5
