Yeah Skills I thought that line in the RNU announcement was interesting. They won the patent reject claim and we have to pay their costs. In the meantime our management is considering whether to challenge it. I personally think our management will roll over on the AUS patent application and it will just be another thing to add to the long list of things that we started and then walked away from or never heard about again.
