Are you expecting the SML before the mine closure plan has been completed and included into the application?
I can’t help but think that’s an integral part and if so indicates failure by consultants and management in it not having been completed a long time ago. Did nobody know this was required before now?
I just can’t help but get feeling they don’t know what they are doing and it’s (the application) been backwards and forwards in the last, 8 months you say.
Good thing the government IS supportive. Imagine if not
