Lumia, unfortunately, it seems that only people are traveling at EGR. There is nothing that can be published as an announcement. The current calls to prequalify for drilling and building a graphite processing plant could have been made parallelly last year. The selection process takes a few weeks, and at least one could have determined to whom the tender will be sent. After that, the evaluation of the individual bids follows. Such a process incurs minimal costs, but one can start immediately once the SML and the KfW loan are obtained.
Andrew probably realizes that the pressure is growing and the base of support is gradually crumbling.
