BKT are making more progress than EGR and as such dilution is acceptable. EGR has made no progress over the last 2 or more years and if they don’t make any progress in the next 2 then their cash balance will be zero. The SML is only another fluff milestone for management to tick off. It will have no impact on financing imo. IMO the grades just don’t meet the expectations to the financial risk of lenders. Not at these graphite prices or low demand. Hopefully this improves before all the cash is gone
