Sorry Matze, there is "ONE" binding contract with AngloGold.
The problem here is:
"AngloGold to make a US$100k payment to Innogy on Commencement Date, being once the
Golden Eagle Project Prospecting Licences are granted by the Tanzanian Mining Commission.
Maybe this will be the first binding contract if EGR will be granted the license. So keep the fingers crossed!
