when it comes to graphite it isn't the size of the deposit but the quality. Syrah has got the biggest but they are struggling to make a profit. The reason is their deposit is weathered and extremely difficult to liberate the graphite without grinding the crap out of it and destroying the limited large flake their deposit has. Look at the TGC and depth of the resource and the flake distribution. No money in battery fines, the money is in large, Jumbo and Super Jumbo which commands high prices. If the resource is deep then removing overburden is costly and reduces profits. As you can see every deposit is unique.
