Andrew we need no further presentation about your World Class Resource, we need results.
Stop working in presentations and women's day event, please work 24/7 on getting the KfW loan
and build the mine and the purification plant.

Get some binding off takes, than also the loan will be an easy task. Customer want to see a
reliable CEO which can deliver graphite in some mint and not a CEO that can deliver glossy
presentations and hot air, because he only works on fluffy advertisements without getting
something up and running.

Up to now we have:

NO SML
NO purification plant
NO recycling plant
NO binding offtake contracts
NO license contracts
NO positive cash flw (except Anglo Gold)

but we have a useless greedy management which is since 2017 on the brink of transitioning into a producing mine and a graphite processing facility. Seven years of promises but no achievement, but huge salaries and pleasure trips around
the world.

If there is no SML and KfW loan till AGR vote thes useless management DOWN!!!
