Eco it the only one who is approaching a loan from the German KfW bank, this due diligence is for sure more detailed as getting money from other sources. But is a signal of quality at the end and will ease the way. SML is dependent from that financing. other companies are moving forward faster yes but not with that quality within their processes. I think their share prices reflect this as well. KfW is key.
