Professor, the problem is that EGR is on the unt for the KfW loan since 2017 and failed several times. It was not always the problem with the black swans and megafools. Most of the time it was because management of EGR was not able to deliver their paperwork in time and with the necessary quality. I had several projects with KfW and BAFA during my worklife and also apllied for government funding through the KfW for private projects. On the first project we also took it not too serious about KfW strict requests on paperwork and documents and failed after three negotiation meetings. After that I had learned my lesson and never fauled again. Lastest round two everything was on the table in exact format and with all completeness KfW/BAFA requests. Seems Andrew and team are still in the learning phase, despite 7 years of experience. POOR PERFORANCE!
