Why Andrew? If I go back, it would be Andrew who decided to do a capital raise at a decent price. and we didn't have any capital raise at low sp. It would be Andrew who decided to not proceed with Kwinana and to me, it turned out favourable. It would be Andrew who pushed for processing and not just mining. and the only reason I have stayed with EGR is because they look beyond mining. BKT got its license almost 3 years back, what happened? They are still sorting out the issue around finance. but they don't cry out for their CEO removal. Apart from competency, I know a few who just moved on before the SP crash. LKE, its CEO moved and later sp crashed. I think, we might have a few competency issues from the team and would like to see some changes, but removing Andrew wouldn't help. I feel, If EGR stands for whatever it is, it is due to Andrew's vision. If we believe in EGR we have to trust him and wait. I would be happy to see changes in his team to add more competent firepower. All in my opinion. I have said what I have to say and would stop here with any further message. Thanks.
