ok. I am trying to understand, what stake the GOT had in winning or losing WKT. They are saying they are making a Graphite hub and then WKT is failing and blaming it on delays in port handling. They should either do an enquiry or an introspection, as to why it failed and why they let it fail. Not sure if they do it or not, but I am sure entities like KFW will definitely do a case study on it.
