The West will have to open up their wallets and get into the mineral supply chain...I keep getting surprised on how long it takes before the west wakes up, but watching German news and podcasts and their views on why German EV's are failing to sell is amazing...95% of the time no mention at all that not even ONE German OEM can make a Battery without China...the wake up has taken longer, but when it happens the EGR will be in a very strong position...and happen it MUST.
Luckily the US is leading the way once again...my bet now is that our 1st plant will be in the US followed by EU or Vietnam, the only way the EU can now survive is if they release the EU # IRA2.0 or Germany has to go and release their DE # IRA2.0 and go it alone...Vietnam will be much quicker and easier once they decide they want to go ahead
