Morning egr holders, unfortunately due to commitments I'm unable to attend this year's AGM.
I will be interested in the reading the results that will be posted here. More importantly the frogs opinion if the Board don’t get there way with resolutions in there favour as proposed to shareholders.
A lot rests on AS at this years AGM. 1 (one) board member is up for re-election.
It's interesting to note again the company has not proposed a suitably qualified female person a board member.
At least no one can say I've tried to impact shareholders this year...
