Donkeyboy the problem for Andrew and the team is that they need money for their salaries, bonus and pleasure trips. SML and KfW loan is not a promised around the corner, it is still far, far away because necessary DD and paperwork is not provided as requested. Unfortunately Andrew and team put more effort in conferences and pleasure trips to advertise their "world class resource" than in the real necessary work to get paperwork for SML and loan finalized.
Slowly but steady bleeding of money for these "non core business activities" will reduce money from the CR within the next 18-24 month. Unfortunately all these fluffy anns, conferences, linkedin messages and handshake photos will not help any longer to lift the share price. Andrew the frog with the "New and Improved Plan" holding up the 2 Dollar bills and the rest of the heavily reduced cheerleading squad is also not able to initiate a rise of the share price. The dog and pony show is over.
So Andrew is not able to do a CR at a decent price, which means either rip of share holders a last time and do it a share price at 5 Cents or lower or he moves his a..e and get some issues solved he ist getting paid for the last seven years.

Unfortunately, Andrew misspoke during the interview with Arne Lusch, which he paid for, when he said that there’s still a lot of due diligence to be completed for the KfW loan by the end of the year. This means no one should expect the KfW loan before mid-2025, and there won’t be an SML before then either.
