Hi Itstime, why don't you put yourself up for Board nomination? We have people complaining about the Board but there are never any alternate Directors put forward for nomination. Even if a Director eventually gets voted off the Company would then just appoint someone else if no alternate voted in. If large holders really want change they probably need to get some alternate Directors to nominate.

On your issue of Employee performance, Guess it's the Boards role to ensure employees are performing, not something that is usually public, though some of our key management roles seem to be extremely well paid over a long period of time.
