It looks as though its the second patent application that has been accepted (ie moved beyond the provisional period to the international stage). Its the one with Michael Chan as the inventor. It mentions "black mass" and makes reference to the "Co-pending International Application No. PCT/AU2021/050453".
Thanks for keeping your eyes peeled for the patent/s. Clearly the B&M decided not to make a song and dance about this time around.
