bondaus, I like to found a company with one million AUD own money and get a 60 million AUD via issueing shares (which is in your opinion no dilution).
I will pay myself as CEO with 500K/a and take 1 Million free shares as a bonus every year.
I wil travel around the world to conferences and business partners to promote my product "HOT AIR"
I will tell everybody that my hot air is wirld class and I have unlimited resource.
The costs for traveling, my secretary and my compensation will be around 3 Million/a

So with the 60 Million the company will be able to stay alive for 18-20 years.
Within these timeframe I promise:

No Bankruptcy like WKT and MNS.
No military coup after all investments done like SYR. because Tanzania is not any Africa.
Building a product qualification plant for "hot air" which others like RNU are struggling with.
No big dilution like EV1 and BKT.
Building good partnerships for "hot air" and doing NO more capital raise to avoid any dilution.

I invite you to be a shareholder because you love such things.
Me too, because I will do pleasure trips, getting a salary of 8-10 Million (without selling any of my free shares)
over the next 18-20 years and have a good live traveling around the world on pleasure trips.

Maybe I will sponsor "Miss Tanzania Election" instead of "Women'S Day Tanzania"
