I see it differently. I see it as the ministers are ready to go so far that they put personal effort into resolving the issue quickly. That is something will make a difference. I agree; it would be better if they made laws that resolve such issues faster. but till then, trying to solve issues with personal efforts is also not bad. Not judging, just my 2 cents.
