I know what you were referring to Bondaus, I was just being sarcastic.
Someone has been selling some sizeable parcels and that begs the question why? If we are to receive the SML approval within weeks, as promised by management, wouldn’t you hold and sell at a higher price? Maybe they feel the SML approval is baked into price already. Who knows but for every seller there is a buyer so we sit and wait for everything to unfold.
