The german primetime news reports that Ukraine has (or better had) huge graphite deposits, which I believe the Americans and Russians are dividing up between them, while the Europeans are left holding the bag when it comes to natural resources on their own continent. The 2 above-mentioned are sharing out the bear's fur and the EU is sitting at the cat's table. So EU >>> speed on.
