8. Approval of SML for the long life of Mine,
9. Completion and hand over of Local Medical Facility to local health authorities,
10. Appointment of General Manager of Operations.
11. Appointments of key Managers for project and support staff for Epankos Dumas Tanzgraphite,
12. Preplanning for advancing for site works.
13. The demand fir high quality ESG Graphite and the increase in EV sales and the EU Arming up places EGR in a front seat position for secure delivery of Grahite for decades to come.

On completion of KFW we will see FID announced.

I can honestly see in the next few weeks a .50c party plus if the current flow of news continues, and beyond if we get a partnership Agreement done with BASF and or POSCO on Battery recycling.
