I remember reading somewhere a while back that the Tanzanian government is giving priority to miners that have plans to do in country value adding like in EGR case having a separate, value adding shaping facility located inside Tanzania before exporting the mined goods.
Looking over BKT announcements it appears they want to mine and ship only, no in country value adding, could this have anything to do with it?
