Hi Kokot, hopefully not. BKT SML was granted on that basis, so hopefully not the reason.
Given BKT response in trading halt notice just have to hope it's some sort of error as they have said it's fundamentally incorrect and questioning whether it relates to them or their project. Not a good look for Tanzanian Govt if so.
