@Kriptic the RAP has been approved and agreed to by all parties. However it only comes into effect once project is funded. That's legitimate and no issue.
I'm assuming trips are the usual way the company operates to attract business, rather than sending out say 500 letters of introduction with a classy portfolios and waiting for a response, they attend appropriate forums to say G'day this is who we are, what we want ti do, et-al.
Attending such conferences is part of the sales pitch. However, I find the use of alcohol and food and or entertainment in the company videos is kind of abnoxious and particularly offensive, because I'm Christian and there are so many children in this world who go without. It is a thing rich fat westerners I generally find that talk about such things, because most never actually come into contact with such scenerios. I personally wish he would shut up talking about, food, beverages and parties. You don't hear other CEOs doing so in there presentations, it's just unprofessional.
From all the years I've been involved with the company, Andrew Spinks has been the Sales rep, I don't believe we have a truly dedicated Marketing Director, other than him. The CFO Howard Rae, does all the legal work for the company and is an excellent asset to the Company. He would make a fine MD and CEO if ever it came to the crunch and the Board had a second strike issue.
The share price drop has recovered. I think the sell off was brought about by frustration from holders, or possibly a couple of large holders getting rid of shares for up coming Tax purposes and or no real news which many of use expected, but has not yet happened.
@Kratos2205 post has given some clarity to investors which was reassuring. I found it an excellent presentation from someone whose english is a second language.
@Kriptic, until we get signatures on documents of offtakes, or intended offtakes, and or qualified partnerships I will be highly critical of company. 13 years is a bloody long time to be in business and no new major offtakes from companies that use graphite. SERIOUSLY, holders.
The new General Manager gives me hope though.
We do need new Board Members, that's a must for me.
cheers/prost
