He is there to represent the company as MD abd CEO. If he was not, I would think it would have been a dereliction of duty.
So it's not surprising IMHO for him not to be there at such a critical meeting.
I'm awaiting the outcome of this extremely critical meeting for the future of this mandated process.
This is simply again in my humble opinion part of the reqired mandated requirements to fulfil KFW FUNDING Requirements. If they hadn't, they would not have been invited for this meeting.
Good luck for the meeting tonight Australian time the 25th of June 2025 to progress the funding.
After so many years of getting everything in place, we are finally at the funding guarantee meeting to assure creditors that their investment/s is as secure as possible and has meet all the criteria required.
These kind of meetings are the make or break point for any company.
Please all let's be positive about this meeting.
