Makes sense - so that guy is a sell out. But wouldn't that be "illegal" (not sure of the correct word) due to the patent pending.
Why didn't EGR sign some kind of exclusive deal to keep that technology for them - or even pay the bloke royalties.
The competitive advantage of EGR has kind of been ruined
