Good point you raise. I dont know the full detail but there was a point in time where EGR lodged patents for the process but I think that remains open ended. Ol' Christoph it seems was a bit of a gangsta and just wanted to push his product. There could be some royalty rlated payment when EGR goes into production. Happy to be corrected on any statements I've made.
I think in terms of development , with the 53m in the bank and if EGR gets the 35m approved by EFA, they are light years ahead, continues to build relationships in Europe, potentially see positive news out of tanz there is no contest in the short term.
that's not to say that there isn't room for both. Both considered major projects from fed govt and they are in the critical minerals space. There SP could do good things, had a bit of spike earlier this year....heaps of SOI though.
