You got that little feeling in the pit of your stomach Shell that your holding solid gold with this one?

You know with a guaranteed $35m US cheap government debt facility to draw on & the Federal Minister giving it 'Major Project Status' that Kwanina is 100% going ahead.

This company has so many potential revenue streams and with Kwanina backed in by the Australian government, the others are a huge possibility to be realised.

I'm betting EGR is going to be many multiples of the current share price & will have the opportunity to fund future projects with the support of strong equity off the back of a strong sp. Reality is we only have 449,000,000 shares on issue and that is a pretty tight register given it's earning potential and already having $54m recently raised.

These factors in my opinion will allow EGR to use a great mix of cash and debt to fund all these projects moving forward, a few hundred million more shares on issue would be no problem raised at the right prices.

EGR has an ambitious business model, looking at the developments out of Europe it's rightly ambitious and funding will need to go hand in hand...I think the company has the goods up it's sleeve.

I'm getting genuinely excited to be in this stock, right now feels like those 20 minutes when you first board a plane before take off.

My elderly mother enjoys/feels empowered managing her little portfolio & today I helped her purchase a $7k parcel in EGR, I don't think she will regret it.
