what I can say is that from the Quarterly that WKT put out today, that they are still got cap in hand walking about to get the required funds to pay the Tanzanian scammers there ferry man fee.

I also note that WKT does not have any strategies for recycling battery anode materials, let alone a battery graphite facility. Clearly walkabout are on a slow burn.
