Get yourself something out of Europe, Japanese or Korea when the times right. Even North America is getting exciting, Ford has some hot electrics on the horizon.
I know Volkswagen are partners with Ford now. Ford did 4WD/Engineering better & Volkswagen had the technology, particularly battery technology so to cut operating costs they have collaborated on the next generation Amarok/Ranger and more. Makes business sense to form alliances.
