Andrew told the frog "I have a new and improved plan". The frog thought it would be an improved plan for EGR and forgot to ask Andrew about the details. The truth is that Andrew meant an improved plan for himself which is higher salary for even lesser performance.
Lessons learned for the frog: If you talk to Andrew always ask for the details.And don't rely on the recycled glossy presentation because that*s like Groundhog Day or better Groundhog Year. Every year since 2017 Andrew told us EGR is "on the cusp". So also 2023 will be another "on the cusp" year, and I assume it will continue in 2024,2025 and so on till complete money from the CR vanished as salaries in the pockets of Andrew and the rest of the management.
The frog will be the last to switch off the light !
