Hellooo...offtakes for BAM is nowadays contingent on a vertically integrated supply chain. Tanzania has only just come back onto the scene due to the incumbent president. Contingencies are at play here at the top level. The German financiers are requiring more details from the Tanz Govt it seems. I'm sure the investors of the $50m CR are being kept informed... just not us numpties.
