My bad... I should have written "have negotiations for finance in place"
... and I am not saying otherwise. Simply pointing out that EGR management is no worse or no better than any other in this space and that endless handshaking is par for the course and that binding MOUs don't happen without the handshaking. To continually bad mouth them for lack of progress is just typical agenda BS. For example, today's ann isn't earth shattering news because the market wants progress on the graphite mine. But the battery recycling news will hold us in good stead once TanzGraphite becomes a reality and the downstream projects fall into place subsequent to that.
